Where do I post my own Complaints about this hotel? Because at this very moment, I’m having to move all of my personal belongings out of the hotel (4th Floor) because the manager doesn’t know how to conduct business properly! I was recently evicted from my apartment and need a place to stay while I look for another home. I was also in a car accident as well, my fault, but have liability only insurance coverage. So I’m paying out of pocket for rental car and repairs for my car. I am a single mother of a 5 yr. old little boy, and receive cash aid, CalFresh, and Medical. Yes, public assistance. I have been nothing but accommodating and responsible in regards to paying for my room, and keeping the room impeccably clean and smoke free. The manager is kicking me out because I paid to extend my stay daily for a few days consecutively, but after 11am. Before that, I was always paying before 11am like the hotel staff had asked. Even when I paid late for those few days, I was always calling the front desk, asking them if I could have some more time to come up with the money to pay for the room to stay one more night. The hotel staff at the front desk generously allowed me the additional time to come up with the money to pay for another day. But now, the manager is telling me to leave because I am causing too many problems by paying late. How should I deal with this, and deal with it immediately. Because I no longer have a rental car, and my car repairs are not finished, so I am without a vehicle. And I don’t have cash to pay for a taxi. CalWorks is willing to pay for 4 nights, 5 days immediately, so long as I provide them with Aug. 2013 W-9, which I am to request from the hotel manager. I have no where else to go, and I don’t have a vehicle to get my things off the property. What should I do!? I hope you see this post soon, because I’m in desperate need of some assistance right now.
